YOUR IDEAS BECOME OUR PROJECT
Over the next meetings, we define your needs and preferred styles and provide you with a moodboard that tells everything about your future space style.
Our goal is to make you fully aware of your space's potential and provide you with different options for your design. We work with your floor plans and photos and discuss colours, flooring, furniture, lighting, decorations and rooms formats.
The outcome will be a full study of your space, fitting with your needs, lifestyle demands and initial ideas - and tailored to your spending plans too.
If you'd like to realise your whole project with Studio85, you will have made our day and Stage 1 will be deducted by your final invoice. Should you prefer to stop at this stage, the cost of Stage 1 will be £ 150, including any materials produced for your project.

Phase 2
FROM IDEAS TO REALITY
Stage 2 is about developing a real project for your space and bringing it into life.
We work on paper to organise your space and choose final textures, lighting, and colours for your project. We source the perfect furniture and decorations following your decisions and requests.
At the end of this process, you have a definitive proposition for your space design, complete with expenses estimates. Everything will be discussed with you in advance so that you are 100% happy with our plan.
After your final approval of our estimate, we will then bring your project to life! Which includes the full undertaking of the executives and frequent site visits for quality control. We request flooring, furniture and decorations and take care of timetables and relationships with third parties to deliver finishes, assembly and every detail.
